TC block

Abbreviated as "TC Block". However, since the IP students usurped nearly 100% of the block (we are officially granted the top 2 levels, but we disregard our territorial boundaries and occupy all 4), the TC Block is more affectionately known as the IP Block.

This IP Block however, is not to be confused with the Proposed IP Block, which was apparently envisioned during the planning stages of IP. Till this day (4 years later), signs of its development are non-existent.
